Finishing 1 amongst some of the other top teams in the Region...Hard work by all to win 1-0 over the undefeated North Simcoe Capitals in the semi finals showed determination in your quest for gold. A hard battle to win Gold in the finals in a rematch with the North Halton Twister who the girls would not get defeated by again as they had in round robin. 1-1 tie after regulation led to a scoreless 4 on 4 overtime which threw them into double overtime 3 on 3 during which Shelby sunk a nice one to clench the gold.
