U18AA Head Coach Announcement
The Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Nik Spilka as the Head Coach of the U18AA team for the upcoming 2026–2027 season.
Following a thorough selection process, the committee identified Nik as the candidate who best demonstrated the leadership, experience, and commitment required to guide our U18AA program. Coach Nik will be returning as a non-parent coach and will enter his second consecutive season as Head Coach of our U18AA program and his third consecutive year coaching with BADGHA.
Coach Nik brings a strong focus on player development, teamwork, and fostering a positive and competitive environment for our athletes. The Association is confident that Coach Nik will provide strong leadership for the team and help support the continued growth of our players both on and off the ice.
