We are very excited to announce that going into the 2021/2022 season BADGHA will be introducing a new
U15AA team to the mix.
The coach for this team will be Mike Ellis with Assistant coaches Britt Howard and Mark Biser.
Mike is the current Director of Hockey Operations at Victus Academy and the Director of Skill Development for the Tampa Bay Lighting.
Mike's resume also includes, skating coach for half a season for the Nashville Predators, working with the Toronto Maple Leafs as a Player Development Consultant and with Hockey Canada’s National Women’s Team as Skating and Skills Coach.
Mike has a 5-year plan with these players, starting with U15 and moving up to U18, all at the AA level with BADGHA.
Our newest Development Coordinator, Britt Howard has worked for, and with, Mike for some time now and will work closely with the development of this team in a coaching capacity.
