**Update on the Permission to Skate Forms**
If you require a permission to skate form please complete the form on this website.
You will receive an email copy of your approval.
If you are coming to BADGHA tryouts from another organization, you must bring a signed copy of your Permission to Skate form to your first skate.
All players attending BADGHA tryouts are required to register on the RAMP system under Tryouts
