1. Call to order
2. approval of the agenda
3. approval of the minutes of the previous AGM
4. receiving reports of the activities for the preceding year
5. receiving information regarding the planned activities for the coming year
6. receiving and approving the financial statements to-date for the year ending and may include projected financial position for the coming year
7. consideration of any proposed amendments to the Constitution or By-laws
8. transaction of any other business which relates to the operation of the Association
9. election of the new Board
