With an impressive GAA of just over 1.00 and 11 shutouts, Maelle established herself as one of the standout U13C goalies in the league. Selena Woodford
    U15C
By statistics alone, Selena had an unbelievable season. 44 - 9 - 11, Her Goals Against Average was well below 1.00. She had well over 30 shutouts, was voted to the WOGHL Allstar game by other coaches in our division. An opposing coach called her “the best goalie in the league and it’s not even close”. But that alone does not make Selena great. Her team spirit and joy of the game are 2nd to none. On the rare occasion we did give up a goal, Selena was often the one picking up her teammates.
