2025-2026 Coaching Application
The Belmont Aylmer Dorchester Girls Hockey Association, home of the Blazers are accepting coaching applications for the 2025-2026 season. To express your interest, please complete the application below. All Coaches will be required to supply a Police Records Check (VSE), complete their Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders and be have their coaching level requirements completed by the season beginning. Please submit your application by midnight, February 28th 2025.

The Belmont, Aylmer, Dorchester Girls Hockey Association (the "Association"), under the recommendations of the Canadian Hockey Association and the Ontario Women's Hockey Association, have adopted a screening process for volunteer applicants.  This screening process precedes final confirmation for any coaching appointment.  The process involves the investigation of personal information and requires your consent.  Any information obtained will be maintained in strict confidence and, if necessary, you will have the opportunity to discuss it with the Association.

As a condition of applying, all candidates agree to adhere to:
(a) the OWHA screening process
(b) OWHA Player development program
(c) OWHA Code of Conduct
(d) OWHA rules and regulations

By completing and submitting the application, I consent to the above screening process.
